Charlie is from Annapolis, Maryland where he started to play water polo in high school at Loyola Blakefield becoming a skilled attacker. Upon joining the Eagles in the fall, Charlie transitioned his focus from attack into becoming the starting goalie under the legendary coach Hart Ayoob. Charlie led the Eagles to the Division championship game as a freshman netminder. He is known for his eccentric personality and relentless attitude in the pool.
