Sam is right-handed and plays both the wing and driver positions. As a Senior in the Morissey School of Arts and Science, Sam plans to graduate with a degree in History and continue his higher educational studies in law school. In 2014 he was a member of the team that clinched the divisional victory and finished 4th at the National Championship. Sam hails from Miami Florida where he attended Gulliver Preparatory School in Coral Gables. He was a member of the Varsity water polo team at Gulliver since 8th grade. In 2007, Gulliver won the State Championship and in his following four years in high school, they went on to win the division, as well as, reach the State Finals each year. As a native of both South Beach and Miami, Sam enjoys going to the beach and movies, and despises hipsters. His favorite color is orange and he owns a dozen pink shirts. He is a firm believer in the team’s motto, “Stay Handsome”!
